BONNIE GIBSON
Author, Artist, Advocate
Bonnie J. Gibson has worn many different career hats: mother, wife, asset manager, corporate real estate administrator for a Fortune 500 company, and now author and illustrator. In helping her beautiful daughter, Taylor, navigate the unique world of her adulthood with Down Syndrome complicated by cardiac conditions, Bonnie has found ways to share her voice and mission through writing and painting. Deeply inspired by loved ones and nature, Bonnie enjoys family time and outdoor adventures with her husband Jeff.
The fourth book in the Fox Hollow Series is the result of a special collaboration between author Bonnie J. Gibson and her daughter, Taylor. While working on the third book in the series, Bonnie was approached by her daughter, Taylor, who has Down Syndrome, with the concept and some art samples for Tales of Kindness. This mother-daughter duo joined forces to bring Taylor’s creative inspiration to life, sparking brand-new tales and lessons from Momma Fox, her cubs, and the rest of the Fox Hollow animals.

No Matter Our Differences, God Loves Us All
Momma Fox and her two young cubs, Meadow and Brush, have so much fun living in Fox Hollow. And just like all the different colors and shapes of the flowers and trees in the Hollow, there are differences in the animals that live there as well.
But those differences don’t matter. What matters is knowing that you are free to be yourself, to live your own life in the way that best works for you. And that makes Momma Fox and her cubs very happy.

Momma Fox and her two young cubs, Meadow and Brush, have so much fun living in Fox Hollow. With the coming of spring, the trees and plants have unveiled many different shapes and colors. The hibernating animals are waking up and are ready to play, though some of them have special challenges that might seem to make their lives a little harder.
But those differences don’t really matter. What matters is knowing that everyone has a uniqueness that makes them very special, and by working together, we can inspire each other with new ideas and adventures. And that makes Momma Fox and her cubs very happy.
